Delete your account

Your account and your bowling history belong to you. Deleting your account removes them from tenpin — here is exactly how it works.

In the app

• Open Settings from your profile.
• Tap Delete account and confirm by typing the word shown.
• You are signed out everywhere and your deletion is scheduled.

The 14-day grace window

Deletion runs 14 days after you request it. If you change your mind, just sign back in within those 14 days — signing in cancels the deletion and your account stays exactly as it was. Years of scores shouldn't vanish on a bad night.

What gets deleted

After the grace window, everything you own is erased: your profile, email and sign-in, your games, frames and rolls, series, league seasons, arsenal, badges, stats, follows, push registrations and any share links you minted. This includes your sign-in at our identity provider. The erase is permanent and cannot be undone.

Records that belong to other bowlers and merely reference you — a duel someone bowled against you, a league night you joined — survive on their side, with your identity gone from them.

Take your data with you first

In Settings → Export my data you can download your full archive (JSON and CSV) before deleting. The download link works for 24 hours.

No app access?

Email privacy@tenpin.app from the address on your account and we will run the same deletion for you, grace window included.
